E Ride Pro stock fork guards rub directly on the upper fork tube which will scratch the black anodizing off and eventually wear into the aluminum, potentially causing serious damage to the fork. 

Protect your fork tube with this simple part from DirtyBike that creates a barrier for the fork guard to rub on instead of your expensive fork. 

To install, just remove your forks, ensure the stainless steel wear ring is towards the bottom of the plastic holder, then slide the saver down from the top until it snaps in place.
